SUMMARY:Oklahoma SDA Handgun permit Education
DESCRIPTION:This course satisfies the OSBI education requirement to apply for your Oklahoma SDA Handgun Permit. Providing a review of the legal framework guiding lawful carry\, basic safety\, and shooting fundamentals. This class does NOT instruct an individual on how to shoot. Each participant should be familiar with and capable of operating their firearm. \nWe will reach out within 24 hours (typically sooner) to verify your registration and collect deposit ($25). Deposit payable as CC/Debit. \n  \n\nCash is always welcome. Credit and debit cards accepted for balance plus 3.5%. Payable immediately before course begins.\nFirearm: Students encouraged to bring their own firearm. The firearm may be a semi-automatic or revolver\, .45 caliber or less\, with .22LR suggested. Pistols (22LR) with ammunition will be available for rent.\nAmmunition: Students should bring 200 rounds of factory ammunition\, or at least 100 rounds. Reloads\, commercial or home-made\, are not permitted.\nEye and hearing protection: Students should bring eye and hearing protection\, with electronic hearing protection recommended.\nClothing: Students should wear appropriate range attire\, which does not include open-toed shoes or low-cut clothing.\nOther items: Students should bring pencil and note pad.\nInstructor will provide snacks and water\, but not a meal. Restaurants are available nearby.\n\nTo successfully complete course: \n\nAttend entire course.
