This is a three-hour session reviewing the legal education portion of the handgun permit course. We review all the education that SDA Handgun Permit holders re provided, so though you may not pursue the permit, you will know your legal responsibilities. There have been significant changes enacted in 2023, 2024, and again in 2025.
